Gyeongbok Palace, Samcheongdong, and Pizza

Un bon croquis vaut mieux qu'un long discours... so I will lazily keep this short as I'm about to pass out anyway...

Gyeongbokgoong (경복궁) checked off - just 2 (or so) more to go!

The Folk Museum (adjacent to Gyeonbokgung)... had more fun outside than inside. ^^

Samcheongdong, a charming area filled with little museums and galleries (yes, even "chicken art"), restaurants, and shops. Finally tried that famous sujebi (수제비) place, and as Onni would say, "Yum yum in the tum tum."

Now, I leave you with an important question to ponder... Pizza Hut vs. CPK?

Pizza Hut: BBQ chicken pizza topped with sweet potato puree and cheesy crust goodness.

CPK: Fettucine alfredo with mushrooms. (Thanks for teaching me how to use my own camera. ^^;)

CPK: Classic Thai chicken pizza.

Now what's kind of amusing is that these American chains are considered to be a bit more "upscale," as you pay 2-3x the price for a meal here, compared to a regular Korean dish. So can you imagine the killing The Cheesecake Factory would make here?! ^^
