K-drama, a guilty pleasure

Since I can't sleep, I've been finding other ways to keep myself distracted... and this is the latest, 꽃보다 남자, a fantasy K-drama with I'm sure will be yet another fun rags to riches storyline, apparently based off a popular Japanese comic series. Who says we can't dream about Prince Charming? I know, I shouldn't hold my breath...

Ah - the Hana Yori Dango Korean version. It started as a Japanese manga, then turned into a Taiwanese drama, then a Japanese Drama and also an anime. So, it's about time the Korean's had their say! How have you been? Where in the world are you floating around these days?

She's alive and posting!

Cheri, I'm warning you stay away from the K-drama!! Its like drugs...it slowly gets to you and the next thing you know your addicted to it.

I bought "Full House" when I was in Korea. Next thing I know I bought 5 more dramas on Amazon, then another 5. Then I cancelled my cable subscription and replaced it with Dish satelite because I found out I could get KBS (and get the latest episodes of "You Are My Destiny)and a couple other Korean channels. Then I found Ebay had dramas. My collection is at like 30 dramas on dvd and now there is www.mysoju.com and dramabeans.com just launched a new online drama streaming website too! Needless to say, I have lost countless hours to the enticing grip of K-Dramas!

I was sick this last weekend, and I have to say, nothing quite makes you feel better than watching some k-drama on the couch! Its therapeutic

Hi Jenna.. I've been doing a lot of floating, haha, but at this moment am sitting on a couch in California. :) I hadn't heard of the series before but so far it's been fun.

Yo - I AM ALIVE! And you're right, they should be called crack-dramas or something.. hmm :P Anyway, my excuse is that I don't watch much TV anyway.. but wow, I can't imagine what'd happen if I had KBS on satellite TV haha.. I see you've been doing a lot of writing btw, awesome. ^^
